How It Works
Squads built by birth year
Every player is placed in a squad matching their birth year, so training loads, tactical concepts and match intensity are always age-appropriate. Groups progress together through our development pathway, from playful discovery through to competitive youth football.
A dedicated Girls Program runs in parallel — same curriculum, same coaching standards, a focused environment.
